IF your request is an estimate for a LEAK or a Repair; We require One (owner, tenant, property-manager, etc.) with cognizance to brief Our Inspector.

Inspector is required to assess damage before providing estimate agreement.
***Potential Clients are required to Confirm at least hour before scheduled inspection***
All damaged shingles are identified.
Integrity of Vents and Sealant thereon is inspected.
All Pipe-jacks and Sealant there too is examined.
After Inspection is completed, Photos of all damage to consider, along with a Pdf File of Estimate, is Emailed or sent via Text message according to information provided by Potential Client.
