Once our crew arrives; the “Trash-Trailer” is parked in driveway according to the convenience of the project. The crew then immediately arranges their equipment as needed, putting “Tarps” around the perimeter. We then proceed into the “demolition phase”. Have an idea of what it looks like:

The Demo Phase is completed. Then, the initial phase of your roof replacement is initiated: All damaged decking is removed and replaced. Drip-edge is then applied, roof gets felt papered, and ice/water shield is applied to all valleys and penetrations.
:Lunch is an hour duration; Material is delivered on scheduled time; Jobsite is maintained throughout the Day, Trash is hauled.
Your Roof is Completely prepped for your selected roof shingles. The final phase of your Roof Replacement; your selected quality shingles are applied appropriately.
Our Finishing Touch
All vents, pipe jacks, and roof accessories are sealed. The jobsite is swept with magnets; making sure NO nails are left improperly. Sidewalks, patios, and driveways are blown with leaf-blowers. No Trash is left behind.
